Weekly scratch-made plates delivered to your workplace. Pre-order by Saturday, dropped off Monday through Wednesday. Because long shifts deserve a meal worth sitting down for.

Detroit is a city unlike any other. Two degrees of separation - you almost always know someone who knows someone who knows you. Community isn't a buzzword here. It's how things actually work. Relationships matter. Neighbors matter. Showing up matters.

The Black Apron was born out of that same belief - that great food should be accessible to everyone, whether you're hosting a milestone event or just trying to get through a long shift. We support Michigan farmers and products, cook from scratch, and show up for our community the same way Detroit always has.
